When Nan and got married, I learned to cook out of necessity, getting recipes over the phone from Mum or Aunty Fee or Miss Agnes, I soon found a passion for cooking and eating, and later developed on their recipes with a personal touch. Mum still says things like “yuh doh put Broccoli in pelau boy!"
